7. Prohibited use. You may not: (a) copy or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission; (b) use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to bulk-copy Site content, except standard search engine indexing; (c) present Site content as official government information; (d) interfere with the Site's operation or security; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Submissions. If you send us an error report, comment, or other submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to improve the Site. Do not submit confidential information. Submissions sent through a contact or project-inquiry form are handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party sites. The Site links to government and third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PERMITS, TIME, OR PROPERTY VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE.
