1. Scope. This policy explains how THE CONTRACTORS HANDYMAN LLC ("we") collects and uses information on TampaBuildingCode.com (the "Site").

2. Information you give us. If you use a contact form, error-report form, or project-inquiry form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property address or city, and message.

3. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site records standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and time of visit. We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, that set cookies to measure how the Site is used.

4. How we use information. We use information to: answer your messages; investigate and correct reported errors; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and understand which content is most useful.

5. Project inquiries. If you submit a project-inquiry or contact form asking about construction services, your information is shared with Construction Corps, Inc. so it can respond to your request. The form states this before you submit it. Error reports and general questions are not shared for marketing.

6. Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with service providers that host, secure, or analyze the Site, under their own confidentiality obligations; with Construction Corps, Inc. as described in Section 5; or when required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Cookies and your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site still works without them. Google provides an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Email and text messages. We send marketing emails only to people who opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages without your express consent.

9. Children. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website is completely secure. We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

11. Changes. We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
